Jade’s Den is thoroughly focused on user experience. As the team UX designer I was responsible for delivering the digital experience from concept to launch.
Navigating this recently trending and competitive landscape would be an exciting challenge.
Deliverables
The Problem/Hypothesis
The CBD market has attracted significant competition in the past year. Identifying and leveraging user needs in the UX/UI Design process will be necessary to differentiating Jade’s Den.
The Question
How can we design a user experience that will differentiate Jade’s Den from the competition?
The Research
Based on some preliminary user research, we acquired a thorough understanding of our target user.
We started by synthesizing our research findings into a set of key insights. I would then strategically integrate these insights throughout the user experience.
These strategies include:
Leveraging the quality of the product to establish a luxury brand.
Positioning the product as a stand-alone product. (Reinforcing product quality recognition.)
Communicating the product as a component of a lifestyle brand.
I utilized these user/market insights to guide and test the user experience. After multiple iterations, it was time to enter the den.
